Biography

Born in Salem, Virginia, and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota, I have my roots firmly planted in Small Town America. In December of 1985 I graduated from the University of North Dakota as a Mechanical Engineer.

In April of 1986 I moved to Seattle to work for Boeing and eventually met my loving wife, Wendy. I have worked for Boeing for 31+ years at numerous locations throughout the region, various positions and divisions.

Wendy and I have been married 24 years and have two awe inspiring, at least for their parents, children. Alex is 16 years old, with a personality as big as the outdoors. Rachel is 14, always the spot of performing sunshine in any room and the smartest stink bug I know.  <The picture to the side is a bit dated, but too seldom do we stop life to take a picture.>

Snoqualmie is where my wife and I chose to live. My family has lived in Snoqualmie for the past 18 years. My children have known no other home than among you.

I have been humbled and honored for the opportunity that you have given me to serve on your council for the 3 terms / 12 years.

I have worked for Boeing for 31+ years at numerous locations throughout the region, various positions and divisions.  In various management and non-management position, currently as a Project Manager, supporting SAP implementations.

As a council member, I have and with your vote will apply my council and professional experience to serving the whole of Snoqualmie for another term, seeking the best balance of services for our community and quality of life against the fiscal constraints the citizens expect.
